This project for a family in Sutherland was a good chance to showcase our problem solving and structural skills. We started by replacing several external windows and doors. Then we inserted a structural beam to bear roof load when we removed a wall to make way for a new kitchen.

This old house had several add-ons and a roof that was severely under code, leaking water and desperately needing replacing. We started by cutting in two new box gutters with ample volume and overflows. Then the whole roof was replaced. The lounge room below was re plastered and plenty of finishing touches, carpentry fix out and painting leaving these clients very happy, with a fresh new renovation and full confidence of a watertight house.

We also came back in 2024 to fully renovate their ensuite.
